Contact us for a confidential one-hour meeting that will take place either by phone or Zoom. The purpose of a consultation is to thoroughly discuss your specific situation so we can provide you with legal advice and guidance regarding how you may wish to proceed given your circumstances and the applicable employment laws. Prior to your appointment, you will be provided with an Intake Questionnaire, which will ask for your contact information, your employment information, a summary of the reason for your call, and other information to facilitate the session. If you have documents that must be analyzed, you will be asked to submit those through our secure portal in advance of the consultation. Many times, a consultation is all an individual needs, while sometimes further action is appropriate. All options will be discussed so you can make an informed decision.
